销售总经理刘春连老师，师从中国工艺美术行业艺术大师(亚南)大师，广西钦州市人，1978年出生，自幼喜爱美术，1994年曾获中国青少年全国"百花杯"美术大赛一等奖。1995年刘春连和张振和在广西钦州市坭兴工艺厂旅游车间学习坭兴陶雕刻至1997年离职广东东莞从事陶瓷工艺品的雕刻。2001年共同创立精艺开发设计公司，专业陶瓷、工艺品、饰品的开发设计、雕刻打样及大型雕塑、城市雕塑，之间曾跟随香港、台湾、日本等师傅学习雕刻工艺。2014年两人共同回到广西钦州市再次共同创立精坭兴陶工作室，重新投入坭兴陶的创作工作。刘春连老师除了负责销售，同时也擅长手工制作仿生壶、仿生杯、浮雕等传统手工艺，并对坭兴陶有着独到的技艺和见解。多年来的刻苦钻研，张振和老师和刘春连老师的代表作品其设计独特、形象逼真，韵味丰富，内涵渊博等特点，具有一定的收藏价值，深受广大陶艺收藏爱好者的喜爱，作品远销海内外，口碑八方。
